The 35th Premier of South Australia, The Hon Don Dunstan AC QC set new directions for public administration that had far-reaching national impacts.
Shortly before his death, Don Dunstan entrusted to the Institute of Public Administration Australia (IPAA SA), the key advocate for effective public administration, the honour of carriage for the annual Don Dunstan Oration on Public Administration.

In this year's Don Dunstan Oration we took a step back, in order to look at society as a whole. Katrina Dunn, CEO Grameen Australia is at the forefront of the three zeroes movement and offered an insightful perspective on the dangers of the underpinning ideologies of society which threaten our future prosperity. During this oration, Katrina challenged us to re-frame our assumptions around our economic systems and goals in our lives and how both businesses and the public sector can act to foster a world of three zeros; zero unemployment, zero net carbon emissions and zero poverty.
